Employers of the Republic of Poland are the oldest and largest employer organization in Poland - they have been operating since 1989, representing more than 19,000 companies employing over 5 million people.
The organization aims to create a state that is friendly to employers. Employers of the Republic of Poland strive to create harmony on the employer-employee line. This approach can be seen during works of the Council for Social Dialogue. Representatives of Polish Employers engage in activities that are important from the point of view of conducting business and employers: during Sejm and Senate committees, in decision-making and advisory work at the various levels of state administration and the committees controlling the use of EU funds.
