We would like to inform You that our company is in the process of implementing the new European Standards for the sustainable management of water resources – Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS).

Having regard to the care of the state of water resources, we encourage You to consider a possibility of introducing standards of AWS in Your company. All information regarding the requirements of AWS implementation of the standards are available on the website here.

We would like to inform that Lloyd’s Register being an accreditation Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) for Alliance for Water Stewardship Standard (AWS) is planning to conduct an on-site conformity assessment at our production plants (Radzymin, Kraków, Tylicz) on 3-13.08.2020.

The AWS standard looks to engage water-using sites in understanding and addressing shared catchment water challenges as well as site water risks and opportunities. It asks water-using sites to address these challenges in a way that progressively moves them to best practice in terms of five outcomes:

  1. Good water governance
  2. Sustainable water balance
  3. Good water quality status
  4. Important water-related areas
  5. Safe water, sanitation and hygiene for all (wash)

Please note that oral and written submissions made in reference to the client’s operation should be supported by objective evidence wherever possible. Stakeholders who wish to submit written comments to the audit team are requested to contact the Lead auditor directly to:
