My adventure with the most recognisable brand in the world started in 2015. I applied to CC HBC because I have always wanted to work for the company whose market experience, coverage and practices are perceived as the best in the market.

Additionally, I am aware that as the Organisation develops, so do its employees – Coca Cola HBC gives me the opportunity to constantly improve my skills and build an individual career path. My job is also my passion that I share with other people.

I started my adventure as a HoReCa Market Development Specialist, but I also had several other innovative positions in my career, such as Water Hunter. I also participated in various interesting projects and trainings, thanks to which I could develop my skills, meet new, interesting people and get to know other departments in our company.
I am a graduate of the Fast Forward employee development program which prepared me for my current role as a Sales Team Leader.



In my work, every day I am accompanied by a desire to learn something new, but also to share my knowledge and ideas with others. I am glad that I work in a department where it is possible to combine daily work with fun and creative development; I especially appreciate the fact that I can think out of the box. I was very motivated by having been awarded the Play to Win prize when I received the title of "Ambassador of Changes in Direct Sales".
