Certyfikacja Krajowa Association distinguished Coca‑Cola HBC Pola​nd for its strong position and image of the employer on the labour market.

The jury of the competition appreciated companies that create safe and stable job environment, as well as learning and development conditions to their employees. The criteria taken into consideration in the assessment included: the level of employment, the level of employee turnover, forms of employment, development of employees', professional qualifications and training career, promotion paths, recruitment conditions and competency management.

In the justification of the decision, the jury admitted that well-educated employees and well-trained specialists are a guarantee of providing the highest quality services. What is more, creating a good image of the employer against the market is a guarantee of the company's security among employees and stakeholders.
